This page is to answer some frequently asked questions we get. If you can't find an answer to your question, don't hesitate to contact us here.

How do i cancel my subscription?

If you have a monthly subscription you can cancel the subscription by yourself at any time. If you have a prepaid subscription you can disable auto renewal by yourself. When you placed your first order you got an email to create an account, follow that link and setup your account. If the link in the email doesn't work, read more here.

In your account page, under "Account Details" you'll find a link to "Manage Subscription". Click the link and on the new page, under "Cancel Subscription" you will be able to cancel your subscription, or disable auto renewal for prepaid subscriptions.

Create my account link doesn't work.

If you placed your first order a long time ago, the link has become invalid. You can manually create an account by going to the login page and clicking "Create account". Fill in the information, it's important that you use the same email address as your orders are linked to.

You will be sent an email to verify your account.

I'm going to be out next month, how do i skip a shipment?

When you placed your first order you got an email to create an account, follow that link and setup your account. If the link in the email doesn't work, read more here.

In your account page, under "Account Details" you'll find a link to "Manage Subscription". Click the link and on the new page, under "Manage upcoming orders" you can skip individual orders.

I'm going to be out for a longer period, how do i pause my subscription?

How do i change my shipping address?

How do i track my IQBox?

We only provide tracking for international shipments.
With the tracking number you'll get a link to PostNord to track your package. When the package reaches it's destination country you can track it via your local postal service, e.g USPS.

How do i update my billing information?

Login to your account, if you haven't activated your account it's as simple as clicking "create account". If you've lost your password click "Forgot your password?". Well in your account, under "ACCOUNT DETAILS" you have a link to "Manage Subscription". In the subscription dashboard you can update your payment information under the payment information tab.
